Road Captains

Rattlesnake Mountain Kennewick Chapter #5122 of H.O.G. was formed to bring together Harley Davidson motorcycle owners that share a love of riding. The primary activity of the Chapter is group rides. Road Captains provide leadership for group rides and promote safe group riding in a fun atmosphere. If you are interested in becoming a Road Captain, contact the Head Road Captain or submit the Ride Request Form.  (This form is also accessable from the "About Us" drop down menu).

Road Captain Responsibilities (National) The Harley Owners Group national organization has specified responsibilities to be performed by the Road Captains. These are as follows:

• Assist the sponsoring dealer and chapter director in upholding the Annual Charter for H.O.G. Chapters
• Assist in planning routes for chapter rides
• Assist in keeping the chapter informed of all H.O.G. programs
• Educate chapter members about group riding techniques
• Inform chapter members of any hand signals used by the chapter on group rides
• Assist in obtaining signed release forms for chapter rides
• Act as a guide for organized chapter rides

Road Captain meetings are held on the Wednesday following the Chapter meeting at RoundTable Pizza, at 1769 Leslie Rd, Richland, WA 99352.

Meet time is 6 PM, with the meeting starting at 6:30 PM. Chapter Members and visitors are welcome to attend and contribute ideas for rides and activities!
